Final Fantasy VII Arrives On Steam

It seems as though Square Enix has decided that not enough people were downloading Final Fantasy VII from their own store, as the game has now been available on Steam.

The game will come loaded with Achievements, Cloud-based saves and, to the ire of many, the character booster. It'll also be fully optimised for modern PCs.

This version will cost you $11.99, so if you've never had the chance to play Final Fantasy VII before, it's definitely worth a pump. I can attest that the PC version is up to scratch, as that's the version I played way back when it came out.

Darryl was playing Final Fantasy before he was even born - quite a feat! Often very opinionated on the Final Fantasy franchise, you will often find him musing about small details. Feel free to follow him on Twitter.
