Welcome all to another edition of Casual Final Fantasy Cosplay where I bring you a collection of items that I deem best and most affordable for a Final Fantasy based casual cosplay.

See Last Post - Casual Final Fantasy Cosplay: Cindy Male Version (Final Fantasy XV)

Sorry for the delay in postings recently. Things have been quite busy with baby preparations, but here I am with another Casual Final Fantasy Cosplay that I hope you all will enjoy. It's another gender swap, but it's one that I personally would love to do at some point.

Vincent Valentine

Vincent Valentine

I love Vincent's outfit so much. It almost reminds me of Edward Scissorhands, but if he had a red cape to go along with his black belted jumpsuit. It just has that Gothic vibe to it which I absolutely love.

Chelsea Chiffon Shawl Collar Duster - $26.00
Perhaps it's because I'm pregnant and want to constantly be wrapped in fabric, but I'm loving the dusters' triumphant return to fashion. I was one of those girls with the over-sized sweater and loved every minute of it. This I think would work so well as an alternative to wearing a cape like Vincent does. Granted it doesn't have the belts that Vincent's has, but do you really want to be dealing with bunches of belts around your neck? Not ideal.
UK Alternative - Chelsea Chiffon Shawl Collar Duster - £15.00

Considering Vincent is pretty much covered head to toe in black, I think a jumpsuit would be best for this ensemble. Also not to mention, this would be a cute thing to wear when meeting friends for lunch. You can dress it up with a lot of belts and such which would make designer Tetsuya Nomura so very proud.

Solid Rich Fashion Color Double Grommet Belt - $6.68
I'm only using one belt in this ensemble and that's because 1, it's cheaper, and 2, it's less painful, and 3, more flattering. Fix this belt around your waist and it'll give you instant curves or if you're already curvy, it'll give you an even bigger boost. I went with one that had a lot of grommets as it sort of represents the designs that Vincent already has on his belts.
UK Alternative - NYfashion101 Unisex Leather 2 Hole Grommet Belt - £6.99

Mixed Midi Ring Set - $5.90
This set of rings is meant to represent the claw that Vincent has. It's a bit understated, but as you're wearing a duster that covers up some of your arms, I didn't want anything too over powering. I feel like these rings give just enough of an impact and plus, you can never have too many rings.
UK Alternative - Mixed Midi Ring Set - £4.50

Walstar Women's Comfortable Point Toe - $14.99
For shoes, you really want to go for something that's gold with a pointed toe. Vincent wears these awesome gold plated shoes which look a bit silly if they're worn in real life. For comfort, I thought flats would be best and these still offer that gold look that you need.
UK Alternative - Unze Womens 'Sesha' Pointy Casual Day Slipon Pumps - £14.99

Choker with Rhinestone Pendant - $9.99
As we're not going with the massive belted neck gear that Vincent has, I thought it'd be best to have something to bring balance between the upper half and lower half and I thought this choker was very Vincent-esque. It's got a gothic vibe to it and I think it would really compliment the neckline of the jumpsuit as well.
UK Alternative - Choker with a sparkly pendant - £6.99

UK TOTAL: £60.47

So there you have it, a not so expensive or complicated way of cosplaying Vincent. To make it even more affordable, if you have a pair of black trousers with a black cami of some sort, that could also work just as well as the jumpsuit and could save you some money.

I hope you enjoyed this week's casual cosplay and be sure to check back next Monday as I will have another male cosplay for you all to enjoy!
