Here's a quick glimpse at a number of Beastman Strongholds that will rise across Eorzea in patch 1.19 for Final Fantasy XIV. These strongholds are described as the equivalent of dungeons and raids seen in other MMORPGs.

Inside these fortresses lay riches and treasures for the adventurers that are either bold enough or foolish enough to venture within. Strongholds are constructed of multiple sections guarded by defenders. In order to clear a stronghold, adventurers must defeat each wave of enemies until they reach heart of the compound.

Beastman Strongholds are just one of the few new additions to the world of Eorzea that will accompany patch 1.19, which is tentatively scheduled for a September 30 release.
