Tetsuya Nomura revealed some bits and pieces about Final Fantasy Versus XIII in last week's issue of Famitsu. Remember? Versus is that one title from the Fabula Nova Crystallis compilation that had sort of gone underground for quite some time now. Nomura spoke in an interview again this week, with Dengeki PlayStation, and covered most of the same topics. However, Nomura wasn't simply rehashing what was already said, there was also quite the nugget of new information.

It's been confirmed that Final Fantasy Versus XIII's scenario is completed.

In addition to the scenario, Nomura has also finalized all of the character designs and there'll be an unveiling of them soon enough. Hopefully this means that the game is finally in full blown production and will be out of the pipeline soon. Although, don't hope for a 2010 release, at least for those in the West.

Famitsu confirmed last week that Final Fantasy Versus XIII will see a re-reveal at this year's Tokyo Game Show, which is only a couple of months away.
