Vanille has the most American Australian accent ever. It had better grow on me too, otherwise I'm going to be constantly irritated by it. Although it does seem to fit her character, being all happy and a little hyperactive all the time lol.

I don't think Yun Fang's voice sounds weird, I love it actually, her accent is so cool.

Vanille's though, really strange because it's so high pitched that it just doesn't sound natural...yet somehow..it kinda fits xD

Playarts, I'm totally into that, I would so totally get a Yun Fang figure if they ever release one :) I have an Advent Children Yuffie which cost ¥6000. And Kyle, they're not manufactured by SE, but by Kotobukiya, a toy manufacturer in Japan! ;)

I'll have to disagree with David on the song though, I think the ending fit quite well actually. That trailer was pretty epic and it gave me the same excitement I felt when I watched the Japanese trailer :)

Honestly though, I think if FFX had better voice acting, it could have been a much better game since it did actually have a pretty decent story. In it's current state though, it is borderline unbearable to listen to, and is an utter cringefest, making a good story sound cheesy and fake. FFXII on the other hand had great voice acting, but unfortunatly a weak story. FFX and FFXII are sort of polar opposites :P

But ya, FFIX is amazing. I think I will buy it again if it appears on the PSN.

Totally man, XII's voice work was just stellar. I would so play it again just to hear Balthier speak, lol.

Finally finished up listening. It will be interesting to see what changes come as a result of the questionnaire, as I can think of precious little that could improve the podcasts atm! A good one all round, from the cynical attempts at enthusiam to the (IMO) well picked music segment.
I might like to suggest that people start calling Vanille "Vanille", rather than "Oerba", as technically Fang could also be refered to as "Oerba". I think you all did that, and I got a little confused at fir...st. lol :p Great show. :)

Second of all, I don't understand your dislike for Snow and Hope. And I second David's supposed ambition to marry Snow. xD
