Final Fantasy Gaiden: The Four Warriors of Light has been rated in Australia under the name Final Fantasy: The Four Heroes of Light with a PG or parental guidance certificate.

This rating by the Australian OFLC confirms that Final Fantasy: The Four Heroes of Light will be heading to Westerners sooner than we may have anticipated.

The Nintendo DS title, released late last year in Japan, follows the journey of a 14-year old boy who has been summoned by the King of Horun to rescue his daughter, after she was captured by the Witch of the North.

Final Fantasy Gaiden is a classic fantasy styled RPG that returns to the old turn-based style of combat early Famicom Final Fantasy titles utilised. Famitsu, Japan's top gaming magazine, rated the title 33/40, so hopefully it will bring back a feeling of nostalgia and traditions that some fans feel are missing in current iterations of the Final Fantasy series.
