Hello everyone! Beginning this week - that's right it's exactly what you think it is - we're starting up a weekly Final Fantasy cosplay feature! Cosplay is an interesting trade but one that has become well associated with the comic, anime and video gaming industry.

Every year there are plenty of events where friends and strangers alike get together to dress up and parade around as their favourite characters. Make no mistake though, it is no simple task to recreate a costume and this weekly feature looks to appreciate all that hard work and dedication cosplayers put in - our very own Lauren, Fozzie and Marina can testify to this fact!

This week's lovely cosplayer goes by the alias of blacklash90 and recently cosplayed as Oerba Yun Fang from Final Fantasy XIII at the World Cyber Games/TGX events held in Singapore this year. The attention to detail in her recreation of Fang is simply jaw dropping. From the tribal patterns on her robes to her tattoo and even her lance, there isn't a single detail left out. Wicked job.
