The official theme song to Final Fantasy XIII was officially unveiled a Square Enix's private party a few days before this year's Tokyo Game Show. It was sung by Sugawara Sayuri and is entitled Kimi Ga Iru Kara. It's also composed by famed Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu.
Up until now, only a sneak preview of the song had been heard, but we can now offer a full mp3 download of the song, which was played on Japanese Radio.
Sources inside Square Enix have confirmed that Nobuo Uematsu will be composing the entire score for Final Fantasy XIV. This is the first time he will have scored a full game since Final Fantasy IX, as both Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy XI were shared projects.
Apparently he was offered the job, and jumped at the chance. Many believe that his work in Final Fantasy XI is actually some of the best composition, so an entire MMO soundtrack composed by Uematsu is definitely looking to be a rather nice treat for those interested in the game.
