More details regarding Type-0's use of Moogles have been released. Reports from Andriasang and a Japanese blog say that while Moogles do appear in Type-0 as actual moogles, not dolls are other odd items as seen in XIII and X, Moogle is actually an acronym: Military Operation Organization Guidance & Logistics Experts.

Square Enix have launched the official website for Final Fantasy Type-0, releasing the skinny on characters as well as plenty of new images of the game in action. There are sections describing the setting, characters, as well as media like screenshots, wallpapers, art work and a sampling of the game's original soundtrack.

This week's V Jump also has the dirty on another FF mascot, a Moogle. Andriasang notes that so far there's only confirmation of one, singular Moogle, whose purpose is to issue missions and objectives to players.

Today is the 27th of January and we all know what that means. Square Enix has officially released the trailers seen at their 1st Production Department Premiere event. Feel free to bask in the glorious direct feed trailers, all in HD, without worrying about Square Enix taking them down in the next three and half seconds.

There have been few updates regarding Final Fantasy Agito XIII recently, even on the 3rd Birthday Twitter feed where many of such posts are to be found. Game director of both The 3rd Birthday and Agito Hajime Tabata explained the main reason for that is because he has been real busy.
Square Enix have released the Tokyo Game Show trailer to the public. It contains what was previously leaked in obviously better quality. Check out the gameplay segments from Agito and Versus, it's quite impressive.
Square Enix will also be holding a media event in January 2011 specifically for the Fabula Nova Crystallis project, presumably to re-reveal each remaining title.
Tetsuya Nomura has posted on the 3rd Birthday's twitter that all of Square Enix's open and closed theater trailers from TGS will be released to the public. This is a change from Square's usual approach in previous years in which they never released them.
Square Enix is kicking it off with the Dissidia 012 trailer which was released today and will follow up with others in the coming days or possible weeks. It is not clear how long we will have to wait and in which order the trailers will be released.
