Yeah, we're that desperate for news on Final Fantasy VII Remake.

Square Enix is going to feature some never before seen image boards for Final Fantasy VII Remake at a Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary Exhibition. It is being held at the Mori Arts Center Gallery in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo, Japan. And it will be available from January 22 to February 28, 2018.

Titled: Final Fantasy VII Special Exhibition: “The Words Aerith Left Behind”

In this special exhibit you will be able to walk around the iconic church from Midgar while listening to a monologue of Aerith’s memories specially recorded for this exhibition. Aerith will be voiced by Maaya Sakamoto which basically confirms she's reprising her role in Final Fantasy VII Remake. The monologue is written by Final Fantasy VII Remake's scenario writer, Kazushige Nojima.

It also appears a similar exhibit for Final Fantasy XV will also be featured where Noctis and Luna appear to get married. The original Japanese voice actors reprise their roles.
