Fortune Street Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary was released this week in Japan for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita and some players have uploaded the credits online which revealed something pretty cool.

The game's scenario was supervised by some legendary Square Enix writers in Motomu Toriyama, Kazushige Nojima and Daisuke Watanabe.

Toriyama has directed the most Final Fantasy games ever and has helped write many games. While Nojima led the writing for some of the biggest Final Fantasy titles including VII, VIII, X and X-2. While Watanabe helped write X, X-2 and XII and has since led the writing for XIII, XIII-2, Lightning Returns and now Mobius.

It's no surprise to see Toriyama involved since he worked on Fortune Street for the Nintendo Wii being credited with Text Writing.

In addition the game was also developed by Tose. Tose is a well known Japanese developer that has worked with Square Enix many times over the years and developed World of Final Fantasy along with many ports and remasters for the classic games.
