Lightning Returns Pre-Order Drive: Two Weeks Remaining!

Can you believe it? Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is due out in just over two weeks time! It seems like only yesterday that they announced the game was in development, my hasn't time flown bye.

If you've already pre-ordered the game, that's great news. It means you'll be able to experience the final part of Lightning's saga. If not, why not? There's not that much time left, and Square Enix are definitely trying to make it worth your while.

If you live in the USA, Square Enix are throwing in tons of goodies. Not only will you get Cloud Strife's SOLDIER DLC outfit for Lightning to wear, you'll also get Yuna's "Spira's Summoner" DLC outfit. And yes, they will both be FREE.

Now, I know what my fellow Brits are thinking. If they're getting all of that packed in, what do we get? The Lightning Samurai Set DLC! Now, let's be honest, that's nowhere near as cool as getting the Cloud/Yuna DLC, but it does include three separate costumes: Shogun, Sohei Saviour and Flower of Battle. Again, this DLC will be FREE if you pre-order the game.

For you collector folks out there, it's also worth mentioning the Complete Official Guide (Collector's Edition). It looks rather swish and comes in at a reasonable $23.99 or £22.49. I've got the Collector's Edition Final Fantasy XIII-2 guide, and it's pretty pimp.

Now that that's all out of the way, we'll see you in a week's time as we start up the Lightning Returns countdown! It should be pretty epic and we should have some friendly faces joining us. :)
