Gravity Bomb

Final Fantasy XIII

Gravity Defied

Lightning, the main protagonist in Final Fantasy XIII, seems to have some kind of affinity to Gravity. This allows her to perform moves that completely defy the laws of physics and the Gravity Bomb seems especially potent.

When the move is performed, throws a bomb at the ground which explodes and it causes the area surrounding her to effectively become "anti-gravity". This causes any foes in the surrounding area to be sent flying into the air, unable to move of their own free will.

Sent Into A Whirlwind

After the initial "explosion" of the Gravity Bomb, the enemies caught in the blast radius are sent into a huge whirlwind around Lightning seemingly at her will. This means that Lightning is potentially able to control the force of gravity within the blue cloud that's created, as the enemies caught inside change speed quite rapidly while spinning.

Whether this move actually damages anyone remains to be seen, but it seems to render the enemies incapable of acting.
