Wedge

Minor Character

Wedge isn't exactly what you'd expect from a typical resistance member, but he is part of AVALANCHE anyway. He is really shy and pretty chubby, but he provides a good dynamic within the team, even if it's through is incessant whining.

Wedge is part of the group that manages to destroy Mako Reactor No. 5 and seems to look up to Cloud with much admiration, perhaps because of what he's achieved. However, Wedge doesn't take part in the next AVALANCHE mission.

Brave Until The End

Wedge joins Biggs, Barret and Jessie in trying to stop ShinRa from collapsing the Sector 7 plate, but their efforts are ultimately in vain. As Cloud arrives on the scene, Wedge is seen falling from the top of the plate and landing on the ground below.
