Wow, who'd have thought that yesterday's fight would go right down to the wire? Larsa, the pip-squeek from Final Fantasy XII managed to beat Gau by ONE VOTE, yes, one measly vote. Here's hoping he gets squashed by Noctis in the next round...
Moving on, today's fight is between two Final Fantasy VIII characters - Zell Dincht and Julia Heartilly. They had very differing roles in the game, but they nevertheless find themselves squaring off against each other in the character battle.
Yesterday's fight between Red XIII and Locke Cole wasn't really as close as I expected. In fact, Red XIII pretty much walked it, as he obtained over 64 percent of the votes!
Today's fight might be another interesting one, as Gau, one of the more minor characters from Final Fantasy VI takes on Larsa, from Final Fantasy XII. Given how some people feel about Larsa, this could go either way.
Yesterday was one of the fiercest bouts in the Character Battle so far, as Crisis Core's Angeal Hewley took on Final Fantasy IX's Garnet. There were 172 votes, but Angeal won by an extremely slender margin.

Despite what some people say, yesterday's bout was something of a hopeless affair for young Hope Estheim, as he was trounced by veteran character Gilgamesh.

The last character battle saw Beatrix beat out Jote with a landslide victory of a massive 105 to a measly 28. On a side note, how many of you even knew who Jote was prior to the bout? In any case, Beatrix from Final Fantasy IX is the victor!

Yesterday saw Paine beat out Stiltzkin, in a rather tight contest. Today sees Jote from Final Fantasy XII (Fran's sister) take on Beatrix from Final Fantasy IX - the love of Steiner's life.
The first match is out of the way and it was a pretty tight content. However, it appears as though Edgar was victorious, so it's time to move on to the next bout.
Today it's the loveable Stiltzkin against the silent heroine, Paine. Completely different personalties, completely different physiques. It certainly makes for an interesting duel!
The Final Fantasy Union 2010 Character Battle is here and first up is Rosa Joanna Farrell from Final Fantasy IV against Edgar Figaro from Final Fantasy VI.
Definitely a battle for the older Final Fantasy players, as both made their debuts on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). I personally am curious to see how this one pans out, it could go either way if you ask me!
